The guy I got it from said it was a half mill but I'm not sure.

That is more then half mill. it looks like it was originally half mill then someone got the top tube cut and trimmed the bottom, but left some of the original mill. but anyways, looks like a terrible viking, ill take it off your hands so you dont have to deal with it

Its more than a half mill. Someone with milling skills milled it.

Very nice marker.

i like it and it does seem to have a lot more work done to it than just a half mill. feedneck is too high for my taste and you are missing a eye cover bolt.

The way you see it is the way I got it. One eye cover screw isn't going to kill me. I want to have some more milling done to it but Im not sure where to send it.

Destructive Customs is the only shop still actively milling. Jared can get backed up on occasion, but you really can't beat the quality and cost of milling. It's definately worth the wait.

Tarantula does some milling from time to time.

The 45 degree lines along the body is what came from the AKA factory as a "half mill." Someone then milled the top tube, sides, and sidewinder neck. They then stripped off the anno, and had it re-annoed. so you may want to consider if having it go through stripper and anno again will keep it within tolerances. AKA guns are so reliable and efficient because they're made to (in the paintball community) unheard of tolerances. You might not be able to do that.
Jared can measure everything and see if it will survive another tirp to the acid bath. Send him a PM to:

Destructive Customs

His email and webpage took a nosedive last week

DC or Tarantula are you only real options these days.

Nice snag. Can anyone say for sure who milled it originally? Looks like maybe Sam Rhodes' work?

Yes I can. I think you have it mixed up with another Viking. It was a half milled Viking that Sam Rhodes milled. I am sure it was probably one of his first.
