so i got a madden disk
I got madden 08 from guy on ebay. this is what it said

not only did it take him 5 days after getting my payment to get the ****ing thing to me. The disk is ****ED. I mean ****ed in the worst way. It is seriously the worst disk i have ever saw. What can i do about this? The disk has been play 100's of times with rings every were. Lieing sack of ****.
