tadao boards are bomb man. i got one in my timmy and its extremely simple. very nice board. I noticed how much better the guns performance was although virtue will enhance performance to. but go with tadao, its legit.

There is nobody on the planet that can compete with Wills software at Tadao. His eye logic is the best in the business and that is the key to competitive equipment. I have been installing boards since electronic boards were invented so I have been exposed to it all. If you want a board that you don't have to worry about go with Tadao. I have had 15 Virtue boards go through our shop and they all have the same problem they shoot great for about 5-10 cases of paint then they just quit. I have had 2 melt a 9V battery right out of the box. The longest operating one I heard of was for a season according to what the customer was bragging to everyone then stepped out to chrono his marker and the board started smoking. I am pulling for Virtue but their track record with us is not too good. To each his own. Just food for thought.

Tadao really needs to improve their grips! In my opinion, it is the only real drawback to their board- the grips (acrylic) become very slippery once a little paint gets on them. Is there a reason that they went with acrylic?

Frankly speaking I used Tadao etek board in my previous marker and the difference was amazing. In Ego 09 there is a problem with magna RF, there are not many options to set up your gun.

well if you did that then i would look at a virtue oled. not cuz of the modes but cuz of the faster micro processor and all the cool new stuff. u know the actual things that make a difference in the gun.

I have a virtue OLED board for my Shocker and I love it. I think boards are a matter of preference and if the technology isn't patented then don't you think everyone is gonna have it. I would say virtue but if I owned a tadao then I would probably say tadao. Just something to think about.

way to swing off a company's nads. you couldn't even tell me what the **** any of that **** means.

seriously, what aftermarket board you have in your gun doesn't matter. as long as it has at least dwell, debounce, ABS, and all the legal firing modes you need then it's a good board. you could hand me 5 of the same gun with 5 different boards all setup the same and i would never notice the difference, and neither would you. this argument is stupid. tadao, virtue, they both do the same thing.

having said that, my dm4 has the stock board installed with a tadao m6 chip. had my gun come with a stock chip installed i would have looked for the cheapest way to get the firing modes i need. brands don't matter to me, as long as the gun does what i need it to do.

the only thing i'd change about it is i'd put all the m7 firing modes on it to screw around with, but the m6 board has 2 semi-auto modes, 2 psp ramp modes, and nxl mode. that's all that anyone would ever need.

i've had virtue boards in my hybrid shocker and ego, and now the zero b board of my orracle,

and I gotta say I like the screen and am definitely going to upgrade to a yakuza, i love having something to actually read instead of seeing flashing lights, the only con of the zero b is it uses battery like crazy, which I'm assuming the tadao doesn't plus i like how tadao has a ton of options like virtue

overall i think it really comes down to LED vs. LCD/OLED

pretty much. i've never understood why screens never became popular. i know they're more expensive and use batteries quicker, but they're so much easier to use.
