honestly the trick is to not have the paint break in the first place:
1) take care of paint, its the most fragile piece of equipment you own, AND it affects performance the most
2) if the store sells you broken paint... make a scene... that is complete BS and they dont deserve your money.
transporting paint in my car, i have found that it is best to keep it in the case and then lodge it in between my gearbag and side of my trunk so it cant move.
if you're not buying by the case, try to figure ways to do so... get some friends playing and split the case (generally saving u money) or by case at a time and save the leftover paint for next day of play (as long as its within the next month TOPS).
Personally, if I have paint broken in my bags, I will give it to a kid with a 98 custom or something (because tippys will shoot anything lol) and the field will give me a new one (idk if that is due to sponsorship or what).
