REM oil

I know you've probably answered this a bunch of times but...
Can i use REM oil on my e99 Avant if i keep it off the o-rings?
If this doesnt work, i've also heard trumpet oil works?

- Can buy regular but not for a while so i need a quick replacement

I have used rem oil on all my blowbacks & even other folks guns that I work on. No problems what so ever.
