it's lose-lose, there's no mod training program, and there's no way we can ensure that mods wont bring their personal vendettas and opinions into their job as a moderator..
begins to tell me that the wrong mods were hired for the job.
doesnt that strike you?
and are you telling me that you cannot train or tell mods to be more professional about their position?
yes they are infact intitled to their opinions by all means. but if your telling me that you cannot control them beyond that, then what are they doing STILL in that same position?
your opinion almost if not infact allows them to be short tempered and in some cases be as irrestposible as the irritant user? i sorry but im appalled by that statement...of sorry live with it..
i am not saying to hire more or less mods to fit the positions..
i am considering that who ever is resposible for the mods be in the position to take charge and just to say"hey, be more of a pro will ya?"
that opinion is almost of what i would expect from the problem mods that tell some users to "bend over so they can shove it!" attitude.
and for WGP_keeper....well there is one example
the other examples are better taken care from the PM to the mods
but i will say that your opinion is a very smart way to start.-you accutually care and want to get involved-thanks
and you say about the brats...i do not have problems with mods using their authority against them...heck...give em hell for that matter...
but what about the decisions that are unjust...you cant honestly say i trust the mods for their actions. well its just a good thing this is just a forum then.
