I see what you are doing there, but the ball is actually concentrically constrained by the feedneck so it can't actually move too much. The biggest problem with balls rolling into open face bolts is the small edge of the bolt accidentally clipping the upper ball.
Roll back is a serious marker problem because on one hand there has to be enough room to chamber a ball, but you don't want too much play between the ball and the bolt face which will exasperate any clipping issues. I don't know of any ideal way to solve the issue, other to say that it is an inherent flaw with loading a round projectile the way we current feed paintball markers.
