les lèvres sont légèrement moins saillantes pour réduire légèrement
l’épaisseur et le volume d’air utilisé pour le va et vient du bolt

le foamy est à tête plate pour : -1 limiter le jeu de la bille entre la tête de bolt et les anti double feed
-2 la lèvre de périphérie réduit la violence de la morsure sur la bille suivante

un bolt léger et offrant un peu plus de volume à la chambre (power tub) mais moins fiable

joint de .040 intégré au breech pour mieux isoler l’air au cul de la bille

cône d’entrée (de .700 au diamètre seléctioné ici .689)
(la distance du cône est définie par la
position de la bille quand le bolt l’a poussé avant l’expulsion)

petite lèvre pour isoler les vibrations du moteur avec l’eye pipe (afin de réduire le taux de
fêlure sur le plastique)

collet type MACDEV avec bourlet
(plus fiable et plus court qu’un collet
à visser du fait qu’il est d’un bloc )

biseau pour réduire le scalpage de bille

eye pipe type nt pour
mieux isoler l’air au cul
de la bille grâce au joint
de devant

le bouchon est très travaillé pour une bonne préhension et un gain de poid (certainement l’élément du moteur la plus coûteuse)

visse d’accouplement entre le bouchon et le powertube cap via un joint de contact comme sur les clone

bourlet pour un renfort mécanique de la pièce

les trous d’alimentation ne sont pas à cheval sur le cône de butée pour réduire l’usure des bumper

espace raisonnable pour une bonne decente de bille

pour cette petite étude c’est la position
la plus intéressante de la bille suivante
en position d’attente

j’essaye de visualiser quel type de bolt induit
quelle ampleur de mouvement sur la bille
suivante durant leur cycle.
L’objectif final est d’imaginer quel architecture
permettrais à une culasse de spool-valve d’être
aussi bien qu’une Planet Eclipse Cure 3 Bolt
( bien que GEO GST soit déjà une petite
merveille grâce en particulier à ses ADF (mais
se bolt existe déjà))

représentation de l’emplacement idéal

bille logée en attente de propulsion

ici c’est un peu compliqué d’expliquer
ce que j’essaye de représenter :
Pour simplifier la comparaison
d’ampleur de mouvement de la
prochaine bille, je ne l’ai pas placé au
bon endroit (il devrait être un peu plus
en avant mais ça rend le dessin trop
chargé

représentation des risques de scalpage
par la lèvre périphérique du bolt sur la
bille suivante durant la phase de tir

Isnt that what Pootys bolts are supposed to fix? I dont have one, but they are flat faced with no place for the ball to roll back into the bolt.
