I just bought 2 damaged scepter kits off ebay that were supposed to new

Most of the inserts had little dents around the edge of the barrel. One of the barrel backs was missing some color so the seller colored it with a black magic marker. there was a little ding on the tip of the front barrel that was sticking into the barrel . If i shoot any paint the ding is going to rip every single paintball in half.

In total i need to return 5/10 inserts and a barrel back and front.

I dont know if powerlyte is responsible or the ebay seller who probably took bad care of the items

These barrels are so thin and seem so fragile/cheap. I wouldn't want to deal with customers if i was selling or making a weak product.

For the record I have not shot a single paintball and this might turn out to be the best barrel kit when i actually try it BUT it feels cheap and seems easily damaged

Atleast customer service is awesome. they are replacing both kits

How did you get in contact with them, my cranium shells are cracking. I've called and emailed, no response, no pickup on the phone.

I called them direct for problems with my barrel kit. I had to call several times but they sent me replacement parts for free!!! Since I had them on the phone I asked them if they where coming out with any markers. The dude on the phone said they redesigned the marker that they where working on, and they believe that they worked out any patent issues that may arise from smart parts. He said they should me coming out with their own gun, either way keep an eye out 3rd quarter of 08 for more products to be added.

My cranium shells are cracked all over the place I emailed them 3 weeks ago and no response. Anyone know the hours of operation? I'm going to try calling them tomorrow.

Importdirect, what time did you call them? Did you call for about a week before somone picked up, that's what's happened to me. It's getting a bit ridiculous, if I would've know this I would've skipped on the craniums.

On their voicemail message it says hours are 10-5 Mon-Fri, but never specifies a time zone...althought i think it's EST. Either way, they never pick up.

about 6am hawaii time. Called repeatedly over 4 days. when they did pick up they phone the person whom answered said I was on the call back list. hope you get through.
