Just finished As You Were by Christian Davenport.
It follows a few members of the 2-224th Virgina National Guard unit. Little bit dramatized for me, but overall not a bad book. Made me realize I would never join a Reserve or NG unit, too much bull****, too much getting ****ed over, and too much contrast between your two lives. Not that AD is probably much better, but there are obviously significant differences.

Post limit is 2000 posts I believe. We're only halfway there.
Last night I found an old copy of Isaac Asimov's Foundation and I'm going to try and get through it this time, despite how painfully boring some science Fiction can be.
