Its not your typical literature read, but I recommend reading Friday Night Lights. Its a great book and reads sort of like a sociology case study. Whether you like football or not you will entertained by this book. OT any read Gonzo the biography of Hunter S. Thompson ?

MoreOT: Anybody read the short story White angel? its by Michael Cunningham. he made it into a novel, A Home at the End of the World and its like chapter 3. I need to write a thesis on it and theres just to much so I can't pick a thesis
