Problems removing worrframe asa piece?

I bought a drop for my gun, but am having trouble sliding the stock asa or whatever its called off the rail. Did anyone have this problem? Im thinking I can bang it off with a hammer, but would hate to rattle the board to much and break it.

Thanks

I hate to ask but did you loosen the set screw in side the frame that holds it in place?

haha nah I took the grips off and looked for the screw, but they all the slots seem to be empty. I busted out the manual and checked, I saw a pin that could possibly be holding it in place, but the manual doesnt really show where it goes. Ill go back and stick some more allen keys in those holes.

Is it either of these holes, I cant feel or see any bolts, just open threads? Worst part is I work on jets in the Marine Corps and I cant figure out how to get this piece off. I appreciate the help.

Most likely the one to the front, try 3 or 4 different size keys all smaller than the diameter of the threads, it's the only screw that uses that size key on my '05BM, you have to go really deep with this screw (sorry I just couldn't help myself).

Sweet, got it off. Now I just need to figure out what size screws those are. My drop did not come with any. Im going to search it but anyone know of the top of their head that may have came across this issue?

Edit: Looks like they are 10-32 screws.
