I believe my brother got this in a deal, and he never used it.

It seems to be in almost perfect condition, I cant find any issues with it, and was wondering what exactly do I have?

- And if I sold it, how much should I expect? (hoping for 150$)
I'm guessing I would probably get more parting this out, but would much rather just get it done and over with.

How much would it go for if it didn't work/had a leak? - It might need some new o rings or something, but I have no way of knowing because I don't think it's been used in 1-2 years and I don't wanna sell anyone a broken marker.

$150 is the going price on them. $200 would be a little high. If someone purchased it, they would probably know how to fix a few dry orings on an autococker.

You would be fair offering it around $150. Just let the purchaser know that it has been sitting and you are not guaranteeing against leaks/timing issues.
