I'm going to go ahead and guess yes seeing as how it stands for National College Paintball Association, but they could see it as less than PSP/NPPL so I would wait for their final word on that. I'd say assume that it counts as national for now.

yes i would consider players who play NCPA to have national tournament experience.
the reason for this is i have been told some players that have played NCPA for a few seasons, and no other national tournaments, have been ranked d-3 by the appa.

Your ranking for PSP can't be affected by the NCPA ranking though because PSP goes by playing PSP and Millennium events. Not sure how it is for the NPPL ranking system

Im already signed up for rookie class. I dont have a team to play with, so this is the best way to play tournament paintball for me.
I cant wait, sounds like fun.
