On Saturday January 12th Stinger Paintball will be holding it's first ever Top Gun event. The cost will be $50 a player. This will include admission, air fills, and a half case of paint. There will be 3 different brackets to play in and a max of 10 players in each bracket.

The 3 brackets will work like this.

Bracket1: Rental Bracket. Any one is eligable to play but you must use one of our rental gun set-ups.

Bracket2: Rookie Bracket. No players with national tournament experience are allowed. You may use your own equipment.

Bracket3: Open Bracket. Any one with any level of experience is welcome.

The prizes will work like this.
First prize for each bracket will be one Smart Parts Ion.
Second and Third prize will be Stinger Paintball Trophies.
And dont forget the all important BRAGING RIGHTS!

Registration opens as soon as this is posted. You can call the field to register, 262-334-9760, you will need to give a credit card # to hold your spot just like all our other tournaments. Sweet idea. One question though: I was planning on bringing a group down that day for some rec ball (most of them are new to paintball) so will this event take up the entire day? multiple fields? other games allowed?
I'm thinking about signing up for bracket 2...hm...only ten spots...

this would be a good drilling day and tournamnent. you can play tournament and it also serves as drills. i would ptobably do it.

acctually its a 5 kill streak. UAV is after 3 kill streak. but it sure would get insane after the 7 kill streak and the helicopter comes in. lol i play tooooo much Call of Duty 4....lol

might acctually try to find a way to play in this though. should be a fun time.

the rental guns are BT Combat guns. like a model 98 pretty much.

Not attempting too much to threadjack here, but would you ever consider a pump division for Top Gun, even if it were just for trophies? I know there's a good underground group of pumpers in the state. Obviously you'd want to see how this event goes, but it's one of those "food for thought" things, perhaps.
