If its the place im thinking of at Fox Valley, then yes, the rent would be extreme. I worked in that building when it first opened, like 20 years ago. Im assuming that they would only be renting part of that building since its the size of 3 football fields inside. The assumption is that the rent is high enough to use the space as a tax write off since nobody has been in there in over 5 years. Oh, and I was at TCP when they cleaned it out. We bought all their old bunkers. And yes, it was a mess. The owners had to have it spotless before they moved out, which they did. That space is now occupied by another company.

The all mighty pyroman worked at world gym while it was open That place is huge though. I use to work at the lasertag/paintball place right next to it

PYROMAN work out? I dont think so. Im all Nat U ral. World Gym was not the original occupants of that building, it was Child World (Kind of a TOYS R US rip off, but cleaner).
And yes, the place is huge. The old warehouse area would be big enough for two good size indoor fields, and thats the small area of the building.
Honestly, that place would have been rented 100 times over by now if the rent was'nt so high. I dont see any business, especially our industry, surviving in that building. The place would have to be packed every night. And im sure thats exactly what the guy next door at the lazer tag is saying right about now too.

Chasers(the laser tag place) switched buildings but they really just moved into a new one right across the street. IF the rent was lower in there that would be a stinger caliber feild easy.
