So will the CFOA follow suit?

as some might have read the BPS will be lowered in 2008s psp season, so i am wondering if the cfoa will follow suit?

not really sure on this one...one of the main reason for PSP doing this is because the paint sponsors are losing money because they are having to supply so much paint to the sponsored teams...CFOA really doesnot have allot of full ride paint sponsored teams...so it would not make since for the CFOA to do this because it would takeing money away from the them by selling less paint

there will be a deduction of bps but we dont know exactly what numbers yet..

i have a feeling that 13.3 sounds just about right for what they are going to do. because if they make it more (14bps) that would be an incredible ammount of stress to put on the paintballers to reprogram/buy a new board. anything less than 13.3 just dosent sound right to me.

It's more than that...if you are using the CFOA as a training ground or "feeder" for PSP, than you would lose everything you've practiced. Your stategy would change, your perception would change.

People will say it's not that big of a difference, but less paint in the air is less paint in the air. You get used to being able to control certain areas of the field, then you have a ROF drop and players are making key bunkers that you've been used to keeping people out of.

So I would think it would be beneficial to everyone in the CFOA to use the world's largest 5 man to prepare for national events on the same playing field.

13.3 sounds good 2 me, sounds like less money people have to spend on paint, cause not every team out there has a paint sponser, what ever the final bps cap is will be fun regardless.

Well if they do change it, I'm gonna blow the dust of the ole revvy.

Would be kinda to not shoot so much during a tourny, more paint for practice the week after.

BS....... This is gay so can we change the ser. to cpfsopa..... I dont ever have much to say About how the powers to be run things..... But why do we have to blow the psp everytime thier panties get bunched up. Feeder ser.... Really wish It could be its own ser.

I would like to see the oh so long list of CFOA teams that played the full psp ser. And psp dont even run a real 5man event.... So now 5 man will change due to x ball.

13.3 what a move..... Who in the he11 comes up with these retarded changes. ( lets change the rate of fire by 2 freaking balls and help board and cheap hopper sells.......) This sport is headed down headed next year we wont be able to shoot people in the back or face.

If you shoot more paint @ 13 than 15 you need to work on your aim.

Halo stock has drop......... Wonder if they forgot to write someone a check...

at 13 bps more ppl will get through the lanes and make their bunkers...meaning more ppl will be on the field longer and therefore more paint being shot...

at least all that sounded right in my head
