Most of the Tourneys Ive played in it has been a Bright Colored Flag like Neon Green or Orange

But You can Always look at the PSP or the NPPL for Ideas and use what they use

the refs might have been a little overrated, here is what they are
(john)im not talking **** just clearing it up so maybe ppl will lay off,
most of the 5 man refs JUST play in the acts over half of the 5 man refs had never even played in a 5 man tourney, i wouldnt even say that there certified nppl bc all they do is sit and listen to bambi read off the rule book, the head ref was probably the only legit refs other than that the refs have bearly any experience

unfortunatly this is true for most fields as anyone who is sponsored by a field knows. But the reason we did not have as many experienced refs out there is because two of our team members left us to play for another team a week before the tournament making us switch everything around. And for that I do apologize. There was nothing we could do about it. We figured that puting eyes on the field was better than not.
