A few weeks ago, my guitar got knocked over during a party. Part of the neck snapped off, (around where you tune the strings). Probably was my fault for leaving it out, but anyways. I gave it to my local shop and they have a guy who works miricales on guitars. I get it back the following week with a $50 hole in my pocket, and think its just one of those things that happens.

So today I'm sitting on the couch playing, and all the sudden, it happens again. I did nothing violent to it or anything, I was just playing some clapton, and what I think happened, was the guitar repair man didn't put enough glue to make it stay, and the string tension eventually put enough strain on the guitar to snap it in the same place again.

Either way I'm gonna have to see about getting either
A: My money back
B: He fixes it for free this time...

This incident almost wants to make me pick up an entirely new guitar altogether.

/Rant/.
Take it back and have them repair it for free. If it was a repair problem, which is what is sounds like, the shop should take care of it for you if they were even a semi-decent shop.

Here's the pics of the bass. It's in the process of being restrung so there's only 2 on there right now.

I used to hate violin basses, but for some reason as of lately I can't get enough. They are sweet. I want a hofner icon, but I don't really need it.

They are nice, but a little awkward to play. I like having a huge body where I can rest my wrist on the side and it's harder with a violin bass.

So I'm back to debating whether or not to buy that little Epiphone Valve Junior to plug into my 4x12 for bedroom play.

Thats what I'm hoping to do.

Edit:

While my electric is in the shop, I'm using my moms old acoustic. Anybody know if "giannini" is a decent guitar.

It has nylon strings

Do you get a special deal if you turn in your man-card before the end of the fiscal year?

I would They are nice little amps, the biggest thing holding them back is that nasty speaker, but you will solve that with the 4x12. A better idea is to build your own little champ or deluxe head and use that, it would be a fun project and probably under like 200-250 if you found cheap enough parts and good deals. Not to mention, it would murder the valve junior.

First thing I saw on google,

Suhr's are AMAZING guitars. If I had an extra $3500 I'd pick one of these up.

That songs easy. The only problem I had is that you have to either barre the top two or use your pinkie and ring, and either way after a minute or two it starts to hurt.
