Uhm.. Why do i have a spare ??? after taking it apart

Let me start by saying I'm not heavily into the sport, as i never seem to have enough time... I've usually taken my marker in to get it teched but the kids who do it seem to know little more than i do... So i decided to try to do it myself.... I have a DM 6.... And it needs some work.... Recently took it apart and now have an extra piece and spring.... Which is weird as i don't know where the hell it came from.... Still not totally back together as am trying to figure out where it goes..... Help anyone? Any good Youtube videos for a complete over haul on gun? Any help would be appreciated....

Just today i came across pics in a WTB thread of B/S/T..... Toptencoach i believe posted, and i think i've figured out the mystery pieces..... Has something to do with keeping tension on the rail or ASA.... Metal mushroom and spring.... Which is weird as i never touched it..... Still not sure what they do tho....

It's to hold your ASA on. Without the spring the ASA can still be tightens down, so if you took it out and didn't put it back its not a big deal but you might want to hold onto it.
