Issues with ninja V2 pro reg and dm14

Ok guys I got a DM 14xx as and anniversary and early birthday gift. I'm having issues getting the gun to air up as the on off is super hard. I have all 3 shims out so am running the tank at 450psi but this damn thing is damn near impossible to get it turned, once you get it gassed up if you turn it off and then immediately back on again it isn't hard to get back on again. I have the old v2 that doesn't have the ball bearing as the valve and its super easy to turn on and off with that one. Is there anything I can do to the dm14 or adjust on it to let it use this new v2?

my regular UL airport is super hard to use the ball bearing ninjas as well.

I dont think there is any way for you to adjust to fix the problem... Just the way they are made.

you can adjust the asa using the multi-tool...its the silver piece you see when you look in the asa.. has 2small holes that you use the tool to turn it in or out.
cant remember if you need to turn it out or in... crap.. might have to go read some old threads from when the dm14 came out, and people were having issues with the on/off knob..

Yeah I tried that one...I unscrewed it all the way out and back in 1 full twist and it still wont loosen up for the new ninja reg.

I know some people were just cutting the Asa on, then screwing the tank on.

In the AIR SECTIONS, there is a ninja thread where yiu can post questions to a ninja tech. If you have all the shims out, and it's still hard to turn on, I really don't know what else you can do.

ninja got with me already and basically said the same thing about the shims as well as adjusting that piece in the asa as well, I figured id check here, it is really odd cause I can use my new tank and it doesn't work but if I have it adjusted all the way out with the old tank its like butter and no issue at all. I guess there is no happy medium right now.

That ball bearing in the v2 has more pressure than the older, standard pin.
I know gsl owners have been having similar issues activating their on/off.
