Would you get a titanium boomstick or the freak barrel system for your cocker. And why?

Rather than the fact that with the freak system you get more than 1 barrel(s)

Neither, just buy a regular boomstick. You can get two for just over the price of the Titanium boomstick, and about the same price as the freak. The only good thing about the ti boomy is that it is lighter. However unless you are so weak to pick up like less than a pound you don't belong in the sport.

in my opinion i think you should go with the freek because you can make the bore size for diffrent kinds of paint. It dosent look as cool a a boomie but i think it is better

I wouldn't buy a regular boomstick, because I hear they are actually pretty heavy. Maybe its just me but I don't want a heavy barrel.

Your also right the boomer looks way better than the freak , unless you possibley get the stainless steel backings.

He said, other than the fact you get more than one barrel. Meaning he doesn't care about the freaks inserts right now.

dont go with the freak the inserts are too fragile-you cant even put a straight shot squeegie down them.

plus with the boomstick all you have to do is get the right bore sozie to match your paint and you'll be fine.

Yeah, you can straight shot them, as long as the inserts are in the barrel.

Get the titanium barrel, I am getting one in about a week. Apperantly they shoot sparks. That is kinda scary though given that sparks are burning metal and titanium is flammable. Oh well, at least my death will be a cool one. Or someone elses death after it launches the aluminum part through someones head.

What about the CP system? You'd get the styling of the boomer and the different bore sizes of the Freak. Best of both worlds.

i would go with the boomer. the titanium and regular boomie are both great just a bit pricey if you need different bores. the freak, the inserst are hella ray too fragile and once you screwed up the inserts, a paint blender is what you got. some people has been sayin that the titanium sparks but it never happened on my angel or my cocker. so your pauying that exrta 50 or so just for a barrel that is half the wieght of a regular boomie. if you got the cash be my guest but the regular boomie is more economical

Theres something I don't like about the thought of ordering from a company/someone who doesn't have their own domain.

ArkAngel is well known and trusted though. His reputation gets him customers.

I have a Boomstick, and although it is arguably the best barrel I have ever shot, I'm soon to pick up a Freak Set after seeing one on my friends' Impulse. For the price of 2 Boomsticks, you get 8 barrels, sounds like a plan to me. I've never heard anyone hate the Freak. If you don't have the cash I say save up and get the Freak. The Boomstick is a good barrel, but lack of paint/barrel versatility sorta puts it second on the totem pole.

Going a little off the subject I heard Rekka barrels are great. They are a on the pricey side of things like Boomers. They are one piece barrels.
