We'll you guys won't be seeing me on X-box live for a while. Another 360 with the 3 rings of death, its the 2nd time thats happened to us. Thank goodness Microsoft upped the warrantee to a year (we got more like 1.4 years somehow?).
Both times it died my boy was running a solo on Guitar Hero and it just shut off with the 3 red flashing lights. Guess he's that good Actually I know guitar hero had nothing to do with it, but this time we're sending it in to make sure its updated. Last time we got a replacement at the store and I'm thinking it was still old stock.
Sigh, guess I won't be gunning down any oddy people. At least not for awhile. Stinks it happen'd at Christmas time.

the old xboxs actually read discs better, but the new ones dont get the rings of death, they just overheat after 5hrs of playing guitar hero on a friday night.

I actually read on the Xbox live website that Guitar hero is hard on the Xbox for some reason. Could just be hearsay but I've read it a couple of times.
P.S. Operation littleblue is still pending. I had to send in re-enforcements so we're waiting to hear if they completed their first mission.

I really need to get a 360, but I just don't feel like spending the money. If anyone is selling one for cheap, LMK.

Cool, what games? Is it someone you know, or someone your friedns knows?
On another note, I got accepted to UE and I got an $11,000 a year scholarship, but I would still have to shell out around 16,000 a year.

Yep, its 26k a year for UE, and about 40k a year for Rose-Hulman, but I am probably going to go to Purdue for Engineering, just haven't gotten my acceptance letter yet.
