Stolen marker: Aftershock DM7

Proving that no good deed go unpunished, I'd like to ask if you guys can keep an eye out for my stolen Aftershock DM7. I had lent it to a player at Badlands that was parked next to me while I worked to fix his broken marker. After finding out that I couldn't fix the marker I let him continue to use the marker so he could play with his friend that came with him (he was playing in the same games I was); next thing I know, he's gone with his friends and my marker.

The marker is blue with "Aftershock" laser engraved on the side. Although I don't have the serial number, it does have a custom made unannodized air flow plug.

Unfortunately I neglected to get a drivers license, though I do have one of the names of his friend that was with him. If anyone knows a Matthew Littrell from Indiana, he either has the marker or knows who has it.

The guy who stole it was trying to use a black/blue intimidator (empire I think) with lots of CP stuff on it and it had a broken torpedo reg with macro line from the bottom line to the reg. He has white goggles and was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt. White male about 5feet 6 or 7 inches approx 220-240 lbs. He claims to live in NW Indiana. Pictures will be linked to or posted directly soon.

Could try contacting Badlandz and going off Matthews waiver (assuming its legitimate info) contact Matthew for some info on the guy?

Already tried. Had a bogus emergency contact and what looks to be a bad address.

If you know the make and model of the car, approx what time he left, try and call the local police. Maybe they can check cameras for a plate.

If I were you, I would get a list of pawn shops around the area and start calling them. I see a lot of paintball stuff in pawn shops, and it is probably cause most of the stuff is stolen, cause we all know pawn shops pay crap prices for paintball gear, so only people who don't know the value of their stuff bring to them.

I'll keep looking for a pic of my own, but so far I don't have one (was never really one to take pictures of my guns). Looking on Google images, this is the closest I could find of it:
http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3744/1...affe5f2b_b.jpg

Only differences were mine had the stock dye feedneck (blue feedneck, black lever) and a custom unannodized flow plug instead of the CP plug. The pad around the buttons on the back of the gun was also missing. I appreciate you keeping an eye out

Good call, I'll start looking.

Nice, looks close to what I remember and so far I believe Brian **** to be the guy to stole the marker. I'm going to be following up with Rennick from Badlandz tomorrow to see if that name was on one of the registration sheets.

Here's two pics of him with my marker:

Although I would love nothing more than to call the police and add onto my report that this is the guy and hope they pay him a visit, I don't know for sure until I hear from Badlandz about it.

I want to keep looking and try to hit up the pawn shops in the area, but don't want to go all "ZOMG, grab the pitchforks!" until I have something concrete to go on.
