You could do like I did and just put some JB Weld on the rear of the trigger and file it down until it works right. The pain in the *** part is you have to keep the trigger in the frame while doing it.
Here is a pick of my gun. I still have to drill the eye holes.

No, the stock board only has a single dwell setting for the one solenoid the Ego has. Autocockers have 2 solenoids, one to fire the marker and one to recock it; this of course means you need a board that can drive two solenoids, such as the E2's board.

i think the grip frame isnt flat where it meets the body

No.
There is no place for the timing rod to connect into the trigger, even if you could figure out a way to mount the sear properly.
