no out of bounds rule this tourny... at least not for just skimming it... cause the nets slope in but like if someone is in a dead run and creams the net deffinently inforce it

i like how the rules were put together, now im simply wondering, rule 1.61 section e states that a player will be considered novice if they have competed in any 2 or more rookie events, this does not have a time limit does it(meaning it could have been at any time), Los?

I will fix that. Here is an example of how it's intent.
In 2007 you played 2 rookie events. In 2008 you will now be a novice.
If in 2008 you played 2 rookie events, you do not have to move up to novice, you may continue to play the rest of your rookie season.
I will adjust that rule, the intent is for you to have one rookie season.
Thanks. IF you see something else you have a question about please email me at los@parttimeninjas.com
