Scorboards and timers like PSP. I really liked them at cup. Maybe pick one field type instead of two. Other than that, Just hurry up and get the next season going, Im already wanting to play!

I think something along those lines would be great, but maybe a bullhorn type system, or even just a megaphone for the ref. Hard to tell which field is starting if they all have airhorns...don't want to get penalties for leaving on the wrong "go".

I agree. Cash is king or maybe paint as a prize. Everyone can use paint. I think they should lose the spyders as prizes as well.

No more NPPL fields and get rid of the orange is a protected color rule.

1. Get scoreboards... I know larry mentioned them at cup while we talked.
2. Keep orange protected.
3. In the rule book add something about NO ORANGE period. So there wont be anymore questions
4. No more gift certificates.
5. No more nppl fields. Those were horrible. Plus most teams also play psp where these fields are not utilized.

No the mix of fields is rather amusing and allows for people use to both formats to find something they can relate to. And the changing orange was a dumb suggestion orange is used by alot of teams and the paint that the cfoa sells; sure they could order other paint, sure every1 can order other paint but why should the needs of the few outweigh those of many?

The refs are overall good, just a little more consistency would be nice; esp when it comes to pac timers and penalties (whoever heard of a 4 for 1). Other then that keep it going guys.

The problem is that orange (in my experience) stains almost as bad as pink did.

Plus coolrazer's NCPA jersey is 99% orange

I definitely think they should stick with one format of field at each tournament whether it is only NPPL or only X-ball.

I also definitely think that the "obvious hit" precedent needs to be looked at because I don't think a hit on your pack or other padded or hard to see/feel places should be grounds for a penalty.

Ben is borderline male cheerleader now... the orange brings out his eyes

Scoreboards would be awesome.

And, I'd prefer to have nppl fields eliminated, or else find a way to give everyone 3 xball and 3 nppl style games. QCK has always been decent on xball fields, but a good proportion of our failures this year took place on nppl style fields. Often our draw in prelims or semis had half or more nppl style games... which we often did poorly on

Scoreboards with buzzers and the TV's still in pits would be nice.
Over the years I have seen the refs in the CFOA become better and better, but I think a set ref crew on each field would be better. Meaning each field of refs works with each other each event. Not sure if this happened this year because I didn't pay attention. Just thought it is an idea.
