I ordered a scepter 7-piece kit (dust black, autococker back) late last monday evening, and received it today. So it seems that at least in my case, their shipping was reasonably prompt.
Their customer service kicks ***, back in the day (05/06 kit) I ordered a shocker sft threaded back for my cocker kit, and the first one they sent me would not screw into the tip, sent it back, same thing with the second one. They told me to send the whole kit in, and blam, brand new kit with the back that works. They even sent me back my original hard plastic case so i didn't lose any of my super cool stickerz.
