I would rather not do it. Since it's a mental drill basically, I don't need too do that. I'll just meditate and picture what happens happening.

I was just wondering, regarding gears. I've been playing with my hockey pants, a cup, and any shirt I don't need. Will I be needing knee and elbow pad, because I don't have those.

I'd say at least knee pads of some sorts, but then again I have crappy ones.

Thomas Clarke will be there. I came to one practice to "Tryout" recently, so I'll be there for this one as well. Thanks for the opportunity to tryout for CDR.

I would say if you have them use them, its not worth the tole it takes on your knees, especially if you have had any sort of knee surgery or injury like myself. i'm going in for an MRI of my cartilage next I think, so I bought knee pads to help from killing my knees and it made a big difference at DBS last night.

If you're ever sliding, I always recommend pads. It wasn't at the CDR Park, but just a few weeks ago I slid across a metal stake that was coming out of the ground a 1/4 inch. It almost screwed me over for world cup.

knee pad is on my wish list for the next pay check. I just got me a jersey yesterday from action village.
