Did you try and raise your velocity? Also check your pressure and see if its at 200.

do you have the new orings in? If not then you need to do that, and raise the dwell to like 32-34.

I found If you use shocker bolt guide o-rings they work MUCH better.
The supplied o-rings from orange make a ton of friction and the shocker ones are smooth yet not too small and I could hit the same velocities without raising dwell.

Use the orings that came with it and make sure you use a ton of lube. Also dry fire it to seat everything in. It will work fine in no time.

Does anyone know where to buy one thats in-stock? Check your velocity adjuster and change the o-ring sizes.

Where I got mine. And it's in stock!
I just put mine in for the first time yesterday and shot about 1/2 case through it. I tried it first with the stock o-rings because the ones that came with it just seemed too tight. Didn't have much luck! Velocity was all over the place and chopped several balls. I put the supplied o-rings in and lubed the pee out of them. Works like a champ!! Velocity was +/- 5. We'll see how effecient it is this weekend.
