Oliver Lang says "you'll never know" if they'll be their next year.

The worst part about the whole thing is that of all the tournament series currently, the NPPL is still the most respectable, based on the firing limitations alone. Everything else could be fixed (refs, event issues, etc.) with less trouble than switching an entire tournament series from a ramping mode to semi.
As far as a given team attending or not attending a given tournament series, I'm surprised that so many teams play them all.
