Reseat the poppet by turning the velocity all the way in, then back it out.
Change the battery
Mini is lighter than ego.

Gee I can't imagine why.....maybe because the way some people seem to get their rocks off flaming anyone that asks what they consider to be a "stupid question"?
Anyway, little brother, to answer your question......sounds like maybe the noid and poppit need to be reset. Do the following 2 things:
1. turn the velocity adjuster all the way in and then back it out about 1 turn. This will reset the poppit.
2. Turn the marker on, eyes on, no air, and pull the trigger about 50 times. This will reset the noid.
Let us know if that helps.

If you can get it for $250, I'd jump on it. I'd even see if I could pick it up for less if it was we. After all it's "broken" and you will have to work on it to get it fixed. But, hey, that's just the cheap skate in me.

Well if that is the case I have a red invert mini #005772 that quit working on me and have not had time to fix it I would sell you for $260 shipped maybe less if it was in the near future as id rather have the cash the noid clicks and works fine and the poppit seems fine as well but it also contracted a leak down the barrel while in game so I gave up on it and went back to using my pump too many headaches with electros I swear, Thanks AronMsmith1987

You're both big stupid heads! Flaming is fun! That's the whole point of Internet forums: to be able to ridicule people you don't know without the possibility of recourse. What do you think, that we are here to HELP each other?!?!
P.S. Please don't tell me I forgot the dodgey. If you can't read that as sarcasm without help...

Nah, Warhammer. I know better from you. I just get real aggitated with guys on here (mostly punk kids, I'm sure) who like to hide behind a keyboard and ridcule people for asking honest questions. I know, I know, I also get tired of the same old question over and over when most of the time it could be answered by a simple search or reading the stickies. But being a jerk to people isn't going to help this sport grow. If anything it will push people away, just like this kids friend. If the question/post annoys you that much, stay out of the thread! Just ignore it!

Us penny-pinching old southern boys who work our butts off for every dime just LOVE to save money. If I know I can fix it, I'll buy just about anything I can broken to get a good deal. Those of us who can fix things just love those of you who can't!!!

Second, to get change the o-rings on the bolt, you have to unscrew the screw below the velocity regulator. It should pop out. You can then remove the whole assembly and pull the bolt off. You can use your nail to try to remove the old o-rings but I wouldn't recommend. They make specific tools for it but if all you need is something metal and kind of pointy to pop them off. Then remember to lube after you replace the new rings.
