Any fully synthetic grease and oil will be fine.

Here's an A1 seal kit, should contain most of the seals you need: http://shop.fixmyangel.com/angel-seal-p-722.html

If you need a rebuild kit for either of the regs, you can get them from the same place.

"Service kits", yes.

Unless something is malfunctioning or not performing properly, there is really no need to go replacing all your seals and parts though. I'd at least break it down, clean it up, shoot it, and see how it is first.

Dow 33 is fine, and you probably already have some if you've been playing paintball for any length of time. I personally use Super-Lube Synthetic Grease.

Your LPR should be set to 58-ish psi. To set your LPR, first set your HPR to 270, then set your LPR to 58 psi, then adjust your HPR as needed to chrono to the proper level.
