****in Christ, New thread?!

Sup new thread.

I'm in the process of ordering 08 Celtek Winter Clans, as well as a Dakine tune kit. Since I need some new tools.

Edit: Also after reading the final few posts in the old thread, I've decided that I would let atthemattin touch me in private places...

Well maybe not.

Too expensive, plus I trust Dakine, they make very good products.

For $70 I get:
Large multi-pocket case with zipper
Adjustable temperature tuning iron
Edge tuning tool
10" file
Wire file cleaning brush
Metal scraper
10" wax scraper
Pocket stone
P-tex (2 pieces)
Octane Bar (all temp wax)
Scotchbrite pad

I <3 Grenade, but nothing can beat Celtek's Winter Clans, they are THE ultimate glove.

MUCH better kit than the Dakine. Add in an iron and some vises and you're set.

Also, you can buy a lot of that stuff from your local hardware store for next to nothing. Wire brush, horsehair brush, plexiglass with sharpener, citrus degreaser....there are cheaper ways of going about this.

why would they be offended... thats ridiculous that you even asked that.

Edit: And if your gonna learn to wax your onw board, may as well sharpen it too. IMO Waxing is harder to do right.

I asked my local shop if they sold tune kits, to which the guy responded with, "We tune boards here, give it to us." To which I replied, "No thanks this is cheaper, thanks for the help." To which I got a dirty look.

Yesterday I went to get my boots molded and I thought it would be free. When I finished molding them the guy's like alright so heat molding, that'll be "twent-" and then I cut him off with something like "What the hell?! I was told by one of your employees that this was completely free!" then he asked if I got them there and I said yeah (I didn't lulz rebel!) but then yeah in the end I got that **** for free.

Hell yeah I'm a BAMF. Seriously though, the guy who was helping me was trying to give me advice and he was a total retard. I don't want to profile but he was like 5'5 asian, all G'd out with bling and the XXL shirt and he was fat. He was also texting the whole time instead of helping customers. I wanted to kick his ***, instead I just yelled at him and got my **** fo' free! lol
