Excal serial num : 200
Style: Stock Black
Date recieved : 8/01
Approx num of shots: 30+ cases
Rof: 12
Settings: 11/1/54/17
Lpr pressure: Little Lower then Stock ~60psi
Feed tube : High Rise
Pinches per hopper: .5 - I skip or pinch 10 or so a day.
Chops: 2-3
Breaks: dozens
Loader: Richo and Turbo Revy
Air system: Centerflag 68/45
Consistency: Never Tested
Efficiency: 2000 per 68/45
Prefered barrel: Stock for small balls and Dye stainless for big balls
Any problems: Batery died once on the Field and AKA overnighted me a clue.. it said.. "Check your bateries more then once a month fool!" jk... I actually figured it out myself and was up the next round.
Comments: May not be the best gun ever made, but I have never owned a marker that hasnt broken a ball in that many cases(12). I have never owned a marker that has gone that long without a single real problem(30+).

Suggest Improvments: Low Batery light, for goof bags like me! Maybe instead of a light they could do something like the turbo rev board where it plays a tune if its low when you turn it on. NO LCD NEEDED!

Excal serial num : #185
Style: unmilled factory black, double trigger
Date received : 8/9/01 used
Approx num of shots: 30+ cases and a ton with just air
Rof: 15.15 bps
Settings: 10 1 35 20
Lpr pressure: 58psi
Feed tube : high rise/low rise with halo
Pinches per hopper: none unless I'm running or the hopper is very low on paint (none since I got the halo B)
Chops: 2 (bad battery, bad paint and it was cold for here lol)
Breaks: none now (when I first got it the ball detent wire was in to far and it blew some paint)
Loader: HALO B!!! turbo rev & pre BE revys
Air system: conquest 68/4500
Consistency: still being broken in but starting to settle down +/- 4 fps. 1/25/02 now well broken in and shooting +/- 2fps with good paint, 12/7/02 around +/- 1fps with even poor paint.
Efficiency: good, roughly 1000 balls off of 2000psi (scuba fills)
Preferred barrel: 14" boomstick/ultralite
Any problems: lots of pinches before the high rise and turbo rev even set at 11.25bps. the halo B was made for the excal.
Comments: I love this gun, I haven't used my cocker since I got it. an on/off led with a low battery indicator would be a nice upgrade. it needs a very good battery to run well, a bad battery will ruin your day with this gun!!!

Excal serial #590
style:Gloss black body/ nickle grip and sidewinder
Date recieved:9-00
Approx # of shots:20+ cases
ROF:12.98
LPR Pressure: stock
settings: ask Dan
Feed tube: stock black/warpfeed neck
pinches per hopper:?
Chops: first gen body-a few
Loader:VL gem 12VT with warp feed
Air system:68/4500 Nitroduck preset
Efficiency: case to case
Preferred barrel:12" Javelin-.684, 6" javelin-.684
Any problems: I had first gen board,I had first bad solenoids, I had spyder ball detent, I have a broken solder on my board that I have taped up(will get repaired Saturday). it was the clock, and it is fixed
Comments: I sold my LCD the day after I recieved this marker. I let my local PB field use it as much as they wanted when they were open, and they ran at least a case of paint through it, a week, for 6 months. When I go to scrimmages, I let anybody use it without fear of them damaging it. " It's good to be the King". The most dependable marker on the market today.

Approx num of shots : 10 cases
Rof : stock
Settings : stock
Lpr pressure : 75
Feed tube : High rise
Pinches per hopper: usually none
Chops : none, but see below
Breaks : 2, but see below
Loader : VL
Air System : 68/3000 Crossfire
Consistency : +-2fps
Efficiency : approx 1200
Prefered barrel : star/slam ball-stock Javelin - other paint use Freak
Any problems : Started off using Hellfire because it was easily the most accurate paint BUT I chopped a lot and had lots of barrel breaks. Changed to star/slam ball and I have had no problems
since and I use this paint for answering above.
Comments : Best marker-period!! Everyone marvels at the lack of work I have to do on the field with it - NONE!! chrone and that is it! Everone is tweaking thier cocker, angel, bushy and just look at mine and shake thier head.

Comments: This thing looks sweet.

The grips on this thing are like Crisco meets teflon coated polished glass in a race to make the most things slip right the hell off.

I think my efficiency is a little low... probably bad paint to barrel match?

Excal serial num : 124
Style: stock milled, black
Date recieved : April 2001
Approx num of shots: aprox 20K
Rof: Stock
Settings: Stock
Lpr pressure: aprox 4.5 bar(haven't put my new gauge to it)
Feed tube : short
Pinches per hopper: Not tracked
Chops: unknown
Breaks: maybe 50, tops and nothing within the last three months.
Loader: pre BE rev
Air system: Max Flow 68/4500
Consistency: +/- 5 fps
Efficiency: 1250balls off of 2500psi the one time I checked.
Prefered barrel: 16" Smart Parts All American
Any problems: Mine was one of the guns that needed the new solenoid. Was replaced. Has leaked by the valve one time. Adjusted the valve to fix.
Comments: Comming from the cocker ranks I was nervious about an electro. I had never found a electro that I was comfortable with, and had never even seen an Excalibur. When I first got it and started using it I quickly realized that this gun was more gun than I was use to. Quick, Quiet, and Effecient, everything I wanted in my cocker. I am still being impressed with how percise I can shoot it and that will only get better as I learn to hold it more steady. I have shot my barrel plug out a number of times because of the trigger so I am learning to turn off the gun after play to prevent that. I am still nervious about getting on to the field and the gun not working because of a dead battery so I keep not only a fresh battery but my old cocker with me.

Excalibur

Excal serial num : 156
Style: Swirl Mill
Date recieved : 4/20/01
Approx num of shots: 75,000
Rof: 10.5
Settings: Stock
Lpr pressure: Turned down 1/2 a turn on LPR...don't know the exact pressure
Feed tube : HighRise
Pinches per hopper: Almost none unless hopper is getting too low on paint.
Chops: Less than 3 in 6 months
Breaks: Less than 10...some of them were my fault due to using the wrong freak insert.
Loader: Ricochet
Air system: Crossfire 68/4500 fixed output
Consistency: Depends on paint and barrel match...I have tested several freak inserts and paints. Best test results = Standard Deviation of 2.78 fps, High/Low = 10, number of shots = 20, High shot = 287, low shot = 277. Using PMI Advantage paint and a freak insert = .687.
Efficiency: Never tested it.
Prefered barrel: Freak
Any problems: None, don't exactly like the recoil under a heavy rate of fire...
Comments: Absolutely excellent marker! Super engineering, almost no maintenance, super consistent, accurate as any marker made, great trigger, low pressure so breaks are few and far between, very quiet, easy bolt removal and the pin stays attached to the bolt. Would like to see Dye Stickies fit to the marker without massive stretching or cutting.
