i might be mistaken, but didnt they also say the Pulse was bulletproof? If they did then the must test all their **** with real guns instead of paintball ones.

haha. they stop a ****ing bullet, but scratch like a mofo!!!

whatever still cool. I doubt any other lenses can take that abuse. I ran over some invision leases with a car, and they are completely fine, but thats about it.

my bad man. same thing.

and to the thread starter: when you tested this- did you shoot each shot in succession one after the other? or did the lens fly away after each shot? just wondering. my first instinct is to say they flew away, but idk

You should have left the lens in the mask. I'm sure it would have went flying.

this is my biggest problem with this forum. stupidity is a disease that must be purged from this planet.

thats pretty impressive. my local bike shop has a few oakley lenses on display that have been shot with a 12 gauge and survived. i'm glad i trust my eyes to vforce.

Back before JT was bought out by whoever, they had ads showing how they tested their Flex lenses with 20 gauge buckshot. Held up just fine. IMHO, if it holds up to 20 gauge buckshot or more powerful, I'd feel completely safe wearing it for paintball. Seeing as how a company would go under if their lenses couldn't stop paintballs, I'd think mask companies would all want to test their lenses against real ammo.

Cool post/test/pic btw!!! Definitely another check for me switching from JT to the Vforce Grillz.
