I have them for hunting....they cavatate better then a reg bullet. the put a small hole in and a huge one out. If you go to a gun store they'll have them.

imo even if it could withstand nearly any sort of ammunition, even possibly air rifle/.22 it would never have a problem with paint

with that said, i'm very impressed with this test, major props for doing it, so these are aftermarket grill lenses not made by vforce? Link?

I'm going to try this with my JT and Events lenses but I'm not going to hold my breath. JT I don't think will handle at all, but the Events might.

I agree that its amazing that the Grillz lens does this, but I seriously doubt the JT or Events lenses will do the same. You have to look at it in a more practical manner.

What do paintball players always want? Lighter gear

So JT and Events use lenses that will withstand a paintball impact, not a bullet.

That being said I look forward to the results

i've tested my lenses by putting my gun ridicuously hot and shooting a hole hopper near point blank.

i have seen jt lenses (which are still great) crack from paint; i doubt they'll stand up to a real gun. i'm predicting the same with events lenses.

maybe grill lenses are so strong because they're curved, so they can thicken certain areas
