Intercontinental Cup

I got an email today saying there is going to be an Intercontinental Cup at the first Millennium or PSP of 2008!

Will Nexus be playing this?

Not unless the Millennium are paying for our flights and entrance to the PSP!

If it is at the 1st Millennium then we will be there anyway.

It is quite a big thing to ask teams to travel to USA just to play one event.

Does it actually count for anything?

Nope.

Just an opportunity to play against the big boys.
This is a part of what we have been fighting for this season. Top 4 and we get to go to WC and play Legion etc.

I found out is wasn't happening from PSP, not Millennium.

The guys were pissed.

Luckily we are going to WC anyway so we are all smiles!

Seen as Philly Dogs came 2nd in the Millennium, would they be playing on the european side or what?

..basically it is just the top four from each league playing off to see who will win so the phillys would play if they came in the top four of the Millennium and didn't in the psp or vice versa.

make sense?

if they came in the top four of each league then they would have to play each other in the prelims...
