and usc loosing does not proove that lsu is number 1. no one is number 1 until the someone wins the national championship game, especially now, since there are still 10 undefeated teams. ranking doesnt mean anything, only other people's opinions, especially since the BCS rankings arent even out yet...

and usc this season has been a major let down and just isnt a great football team this year. john david booty has been a BIG letdown this season as quarterback, and without the good receivers he had last year, he needs to step up and he hasnt. not to mention that patrick turner is dropping passes left and right, and usc has more injuries than ever. i wouldnt be surprised if the trojans lost a couple more games this season, i can see that happening, or they step up and become the team that everyone thinks they are, usc just needs to get back on track and get their starters back, and stop with all the turnovers. special teams needs to step up too.

btw, ive been a usc fan since i was born and have been to at least a game a year my entire life, but lsu this season is a better team than usc is (so far), although i think usc has more talent and more potential.

their scheldule is still not as hard as lsu they have to play in the SEC!!!!!

Yes, he actually does. Everytime I see him on TV I feel like I need to get a poncho. He needs to pull his head out of his *** and realize that Notre Dame is going to lose 8-9 games this year. I also feel like he has it out for LSU, I know I'm a homer but check it. In every game this year he has picked LSU to lose except for Tulane. Even in the Middle Tennessee State game, it was his "supprise upset". Before the Tulane game he didn't even say who would win, just that it'd be hard fought and come down to the last play.

Basically it just pisses me off that he's still on TV. ESPN needs to get rid of him, if you watch Mark May while he's talking all he does is laugh at him now. He's a joke and ruining his reputation as a coach.

everyone from the LU leave. its over. ive hated lsu since they had to split the national championship with usc a few years ago when they really didnt deserve to be there. now booty is a joke me among others have said that since last season they played horrible i see them losing again this year. but the fact is they have been the best and most consistent team out there. all lsu fans that decide to try to debate this it will go unread because frankly i could careless. my 2cents. but the only thing lsu has on usc is the fact they have there own golf course. thats rad.

and by consistent you mean losing to stanford correct?
could i get a quoted "yes, even losing to stanford, they're still the most consistent team around."

i'm sure there are other teams who dont have some great dynasty like usc that could pass for more consistant than that.
