What Gun should I get????

What should I get? I'm lookin into buying a NXT shocker, Legend, PM7, or Etek.

If your going off that list and price is equal...BY FAR..the Legend..although I would assume the Legend is going to be slightly higher in price...but...I'd go with the Legend or Etek ...don't get me wrong...I've owned about a dozen SFT shockers and 5 diff. NXT's..and some PM's...but..in all honesty...the guns I've had the least amount of "issues" with are the Ego / Etek / and the Legend since there are very few moving/sealing orings, etc..and minimal lubing required vs. the spool type guns (shockers / Dye guns)...and performance in all reality is about equal if you have the right paint to barrel match and have your dwell, etc. tuned just right...possibly a few differences in boards/electronics...but Ego's / Legends / and overall "popit type" guns are the easiest to maintain....

I probably can't get that nexus because I'm only 13 and it's hard to get a highend/very good gun.I probably won't get a highend/very good gun till another 3 or 4 months, when I have the money. I am really thinking about what gun I should go with but I am pretty sure I'm gonna buy the legend soon. The thing is, is that there might be some new guns coming in 2008. Also my ion will be for sale soon. It has a virtue board,virtue eyes, q-lock feed neck, and a yellow body kit. That's what I shoot now but it should be for sale soon. Thanks for your help and comments everyone.

If you wait for the 08 guns to come out you can buy some guns dirt cheap on nation. Alot of people will be selling guns like crazy to buy an 08, and at the age of 13 you don't need a high end 08 marker.

Go with a Legend if you can find one cheap...I grabbed one for $400 just the other day...but most going prices are $500 - $600..BUT, you can find good Eteks for $375 - $400...I've got a dust black Ninja Etek w/cure bolt, TI ramer & spring, c-clamping feedneck, with extra o-ring kit...box, etc...for $400..

i would go with the etek. i have a urban camo etek and shoots awesome and gets the job done and its a nice step up from the ion i had a ion before i got it and they are not hard to strip down and take care of. if you were wanting to get a new o8 model gun id wait a while because some one will get one hate it and sell it for less in a couple of month but this is also a opion question get what fits your needs. hopes this helps

Even though it isn't on your list, I think you should look into the FEP Quest. It is on the same level and price range as other markers you have listed, and is much easier to maintain. Not saying that you aren't good with markers, but at the age of 13, simplicity helps. Well not just at 13, but you probably know what I mean

The Quest is a great tournament marker, and can keep up with just about anything. I also recommend the NXT and the Legend from your list. The pm8 is also in the range

etek, nice gun, easy to clean, and its a simple gun, light and fast cant go wrong with the etek
