Work in Progess (A/T MQ2 Pump)

ITS DONE FINALLY
Hereís another project Iím trying to work on. I saw some post in the Voided Warranty about a single trigger E-frame. And some other posts about using eyes for auto trigger pump or putting it into a CCM frame. I figure squeeze a 9V into a CCM A/T frame with a Predator Mini Morrlock throw a MQ2 in the
body and you got a single trigger e frame AT pump. Iím trying to keep looking like a mechanical trigger as much as possible. It might take a while since Iím working on my other project (http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=2379389) as well as some friendís guns. This gun was actually my first pump build.

Specs:
Psychoballistics Superbolt Body (Halfd and Midgetd)
JCM Halfblock Sled, Bolt, Pin
WWA Premium Mini Pump Kit (Moded see other post)
Evil Detonator Reg (I donít like it and will it be changed)
Bob Long ASA
Custom Feedneck
Transparent Red Powder Coat (Frame, Body and Tank to match)
CP Detent
MTX MQ2
Planet Eclipse E-Blade with E-2 Board
^soon to be CCM 86* Frame with AT
^with Predator Mini Morrlock Board

Finished the first step. Make the 9V fit. Came out alright. Its a squeeze. Gonna clean it up with a smaller cutter. Still uses the stock Hogue grips. Next step(s) mount board, switch, make a new sear (with adjustable trigger point).

I just finished this.

Its a "sleeper" the only thing that gives it away is the red ano of the MQ2 in the slot. The exterior of the frame has no extra holes or mods. The sear and trigger are unmodified, so the whole thing can be swapped back to a mech frame. got to do some tuning maybe a vid once i get more air.

sorry it took so long..........

*****VIDEO*****
heres a short video i didnt gauge the psi or chrono the speed yet. the dwell is 4 ms. the bolt is upside down to keep the volume down indoors. so basically this video is useless except to show the morlock running the mq and the A/T working.

What the hell man. Is your only goal to come in here and make everybody else envy you for your amazing markers...

I liked your last project better, but this one is very close...

I thought that midget's have the back of the lower tube cut so that it is even the the end of the trigger frame. Very nice annoe.

I have been trying to confirm that a Morlock/minimorlock can drive an mQ valve ... can anyone speak to that?

I guess its not a full midget. the Superbolt is a mini but the back of the lower tube is cut shorter. thats why the ccm frame is cut shorter and the ivg sticks out with the mq and mq spacer installed. the anno is not anno its actually powder coat.

jk i appreciate the sarcasm

The morlock gives instruction (i know what are those?) on installing a cap in parallel with the 9v for sear tripping guns. im assuming this applies to the mq as well.

Aha I did not know this. Though I suppose this method is technically possible with many boards. Hmm ...

i tried with the PM5 UL frame board. it doesnt work. altho im working on a friend's gun (another mq pump). hes planning on using a DMC frame with a Tadao board. He claims the tadao works with his mq.

Well I know the mQ guys actually had a writeup on how to add the caps to Tadao boards, at least for AKA guns. Anyway I'll be interested to see how you get this one going, as I'm looking for single trigger options myself. Although the eblade doesn't bother me nearly as much as I thought it would.

Television helped look for balloons
does the battery actually fit that way? i thought it was too wide when i last checked... i was about to do this too great to see someone else do it.

Edit: would a Cyborg board work with the MQ? i know its pretty small, dont know if it has a high enough output for it. but if it did it would be nice

MQ Pump Capital of the World.

Did two of my pumps as shown. Already did a halfblock with mq for a friend and he brought me another gun today to halfblock and mq. I know drg has at least one. Pump isnt there a video of you shooting it? Any more?? Maybe my ss-25 needs an mq.

I was looking at some other boards Evil Omen 1.5 or the Spyder T-Board . Any pics of the cyborg or B2K Chaos 04 board? how tiny is tiny?

tiny enough to have no problem putting it in the frame with a 9v

just dont know if it will power the MQ......and drg ALWAYS works...so no joy there

both the omen and t board should be no problem...dont they have capacitors?

hey pm me or email me if you want to try them out

heck i also got an Angel LED single trigger frame sitting here waiting for drg.........now that would be a simple install....even for AT

ACK!!! more words
a open bolt board would be easy also to make it AT without a cam i think
just need to know how the Chao04 reads the input for the eye.....ill talk to one of the Chaos people
