* OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE *

JPM Promotions, LLC, promoters of the Keystone Paintball League is excited to announce the 2008 Keystone Cup! This event will be held on October 13, 2008 at the All American Paintball Park in Greensburg, PA. Here are the details:

- Four regional qualifying events held throughout the state. One in the North, one in the South, one in the East and one in the West.
- Five man X-Ball competition!
- X-Ball Lite rules have been incorporated into the official KPL rulebook.
- Division III Rookie (2 Division II players allowed per roster)
- BRING YOUR OWN PAINT!
- Independant paid referee staff
- Rosters: Minimum of five, maximum of eight
- The top five teams from each qualifyer will advance to the the Keystone Cup.
- Teams may compete in any qualifyer or all four if they choose.
- Registration will be maxed at 20 teams per event.

*PRIZES* (Based on 15 teams per event)

PER EVENT:

1st place - Team trophy, 5 gold medals and $1,000.00 cash
2nd place - Team trophy, 5 gold medals and $700.00 cash
3rd place - Team trophy, 5 gold medals and $600.00 cash
4th place - Team trophy, 5 gold medals and $500.00 cash
5th place - Team trophy, 5 gold medals and $475.00 cash

Keystone Cup Awards:

1st place - Keystone Cup Championship trophy, $5,000.00 cash and free entry to 2009 qualifyer
2nd place - $2,500.00 cash and free entry to 2009 qualifyer
3rd place - $1,500.00 cash and free entry to 2009 qualifyer

* OVER $20,000.00 IN CASH PRIZES AND AWARDS! *

FEES:

- Entry fee - $475.00 per team
- KPL ID's - $10.00 per person (one-time fee)

To register you can go to: www.keystonecup.net and register your team online. You can also purchase your KPL ID online as well. The web site will be operational ASAP so please be patient, we will post as soon as it is up and running.

REGIONAL QUALIFYER SCHEDULE:

South: April 12th at Revolution Paintball in Lewisberry, PA
West: May 10th at Three Rivers Paintball In Freedom, PA
North: June 14th at Pentagon Paintball in Fairview, PA
East: July 12th (TBA)

Ryan assured me that they could most certainly accomodate an X-Ball event. TRP is a very nice field and Ryan and Debra love this sport. They will do anything to help us out and we are so greatful for that.

Although Muncy really isn't as EAST as we would like... it's more like Northwest, near Williamsport, but I will have our staff email them and check it out. Thanks.

Updated qualifyer schedule!! We have a finalized schedule for the 2008season. Lehigh Valley Paintball will be our Eastern qualifyer host. LVP has two, airconditioned indoor fields. Here's the updated schedule:

South: April 12th at Revolution Paintball in Lewisberry, PA
West: May 10th at Three Rivers Paintball In Freedom, PA
North: June 14th at Pentagon Paintball in Fairview, PA
