Well I added a couple new mods to this pulse'd halo and it really kicks ***. I used a spare clutch cone and top which keeps the paint in the halo shell from pressing down on the cone, and modded the spring cup underneath so it would hold onto the cone while it spins for the pulse style of feeding. And of course am using a rf chip. This modded loader rocks on psp

okay, so i did this mod but its being weird, in green mode it shouldn't do anything, because i dont have the RF chip yet, however when its in red mode its really really inconsistant when it loads. it'll do a couple balls at a time, then stop, then a good load of about 10. then stops again.
im using a black boarded pulse.

Is the reverse switch on the pulse common?
Any one know where i can get one?
Any sugguestions?

P.s. trying to buy someones broken pulse on my team cause he doesnt know that you can get shells for free
If anyone else does this, switch the 2 leads to the motor, should spin the other way.

My Hulse doesn't pulse in red mode and when i try to sync it to my vice it doesnt work. Like I'll turn my vice on, turn the eyes off, and turn on the hulse until it blinks green and ill pull the trigger. It detects the RF but when i turn it on green mode it just keeps spinning like if it was in red mode.

Bringing back the thread from the dead....but anyways..

I am trying to do this mod. I cannot seem to fix ALL of the Pulse internals into my stock Halo B shell, although I've seen other people have.

Any tips?

Nevermind, I managed to get all of the parts into the shell.

However, I have ran into another problem.

In red mode, I cannot drop a full pod. There's either a jam, or it stays pulsing even after it should be continuously spinning.

Is this a problem with the board? A while back, I remember I put the connections upside down by mistake and it started smoking. I reversed the connections, and it seemed to work besides this.

im bringing this thread back to life because i have a problem lol. just got done building mine, but for some reason when i try to turn it on, the light come on then just dims. no wires are pinched or anything. it just doesn't stay on and go
