From personal experience, it is quite difficult to get a good 5-man tournament going let alone a series. Unless you can top what the SCXL is doing, good luck. I tried to dabble in a 5-man tournament and it just didn't work out. That's why we went back to a 3-man format.

what u should do is do kind of like a little league kind of turney series. have a draft in the beggining so theres even teams. when the season starts have every tuesday theres games. like every team plays two games. have league standings and then do a playoff. kind of catch my drift?
just do a series like little league baseball. i think it would b fun and i would participate.

yeah
i sort of came up with this idea, but i was thinking a simple bracket tourney once a week. like there are 4 teams, they face off in a 5v5 best of 5 games.paying 10 dollars a game,5 dollars if they lose, and a 15 dollar penalty if theyre caught cheating.
they go through the bracket system and the winner takes all the cash.
charging them if they cheat will lead to fair gameplay since no one would want to pay,and charging if they lose would lead to a tough and challenging game since noone wants to lose. give me awhile so i can come up with better words to describe it.lol

ok i think i got it.
say there 4 teams.team a,b,c and d there put into a bracket system like team a vs team b and team c vs d. best of 5 paying 10 dollars for every game they play and 5 dollars for every game they lose. 15 dollars if theyre caught cheating or dq from the event.
the winners of those matches move on to play against each other in a best 3,winner takes the cash.
than if theyre are more teams means more money on the line.sort of like a streetball casino
A---------
vs --------A
B----------
----D(they take all the cash).
C----------
vs. -------- D
D----------

it would have to vary from hsp,sc,compound, etc. since this is considered gambling.
so it would have to be invitational only.with a cap of 8 teams

correct,it would be to enforce fair game play, but w/e this whole thing doesnt seem like a good idea afterall. if any one wants to take this idea feel free to.
