i believe that cockers shouldnt cost 330 stock because they come with a plastic frame for gosh sakes. and there is a ton of stuff to upgrade and center feed stock cockers are like 470 lmk what you guys think of this because angels cost like 1k+ and you are gona end up spending that on your cocker.

just tell me what you think ill eventually send this to wgp.

ok, you are dreaming, you are going to tell wgp to lower their prices? they are just going to laugh at you, as I am right now.

if you buy a stock cocker, you shouldn't have to upgrade anything, most people do it for looks, few do it for added performance, if you want higher performance you should realize that it's going to cost you.

manufacturing an autococker is a whole lot more expensive than say, a Spyder, there's more parts, and they are more complicated to manufacture and at much tighter tolerances.
I think that the price for a stock cocker is more than reasonable, considering that what you get is probably one of the best set up factory paintball guns ever made in America.

WGP could put aluminum frames on 'cockers, but that would just make the porduction price more, making the price of a stock 'cocker to go up.

Yeah, and you just would replace the frame anyways. So I'd rather pay less cause I wouldn't want to pay more for something I would get rid of.

Bottom line is that WGP price is fine right now, they shouldn't add stuff to there gun and charge more. However I think they should improve and keep it the same price, and so far that is what they have been doing. Every year there is something new and better on the cocker.

Not true considering the pinnacle of the stock 'cocker was the '99.

I think the 2k+ cockers are a -damn- fine deal. I mean, look at competing guns. It used to be that Mags and Cockers were compared on the same level... but there's a significant price difference between Cockers and equally equipped Mags, now. Then, if you consider all of the recent improvements to the stock Cockers... they shoot -great- out of the box.

The "plastic" frame is only as cheap as your ego makes it out to be. The actual grips themselves are -slightly- obnoxious, but it's really not a big deal. You forget about any complaint as soon as you start firing the gun. And that would be my only real complaint about recent Cockers - well, that and the shorter back block. Otherwise, that's all.

A lot of people that don't play tourney ball keep there cockers stock or do next to nothing to them. So in that case, it is a good thing that the cocker is getting better.
