Spump (Spyder Pump...)

Hey, well I got a Spyder from someone and now need to make it into a pump. I have never moded a gun so I don't know what to do.
Cna some one please do the following:
  1. Tell me what parts I need
  2. How much it will cost
  3. Tell me what to do with the parts
  4. Give me step by step instructions that a caveman could understand

OR

Link me to a place that has this info.
Thanks alot

I will be doing this with a Spyder Pilot ACS

Nobodies gong to do the legwork for you, I don't believe that site has a pump mod, but it may be helpful.

I have already been there many times for smaller things. They don't have that kind of stuff. I have looked.
I mean, if someone has asm or soemthing if they could look it up and it would take no time. I have never made a Spyder Pump conversion so I need help.

What you need:
To think.

Ask yourself these questions:
What defines a pump?
--What definition of Pump do you want to follow when making this Spyder Pump?
What is your budget?
What is your budget?
How do you want this to look?
--Ghetto?
--Worthy of using in a SCP tournament?
--Just for looks?
--Just for shiggles?
What is your budget?
What do you have access to?
--Simple tools such as chisels, planes, and manual drill?
--A little less simple tools such as a Dremel, Electronic Handheld Drill, Hack saw?
--A little bit complex tools such as a Drill Press, Bandsaw, Belt Sander, Grinding wheel?
--Complex tools such as CNC Mills, Water Jet Cutters, Plasma Cutters?
How much effort are you willing to put into this?
Answer those, and I can help you more.

What defines a pump: I want the Spyder to be lighter than it is right now and you have to pump it in between each shot
Budget: $80
Look: Looks, to show off and to use in some rec games
Access: Dremel, Electronic Handheld Drill, Hack saw, sander, chisels, drills

Thank you so much for taking tome to do this.

you can do it for 4 bucks if you already have the tools.
a length of PVC to make your pump arm, and a few screws.
oh, right, and you need jb weld

http://www.spyder.tv/forums/showthread.php?t=11214

that's mine I actually cut that left pump arm off because it didn't really support much. The right side is thick enough to support rapid pumping.

NO VAGUE "TELL ME WHAT TO DO" THREADS - Please refrain from threads like: "I am going to make a marker from scratch, where do I start?" or "I'm gonna turn my spyder into a pistol..will it work?". If you have to ask that question you are YEARS from being able to produce your own marker. Do some research. If you do take it seriously and actually do your homework you will come to a point where you realize how stupid and pointless a thread like that really is. If you need help on a project, ask away. That is what this forum is for. But at least try to do a little on your own. No one wants to spoonfeed information to someone who is to lazy to do a little homework. If you can't even figure out if the gun could work I doubt you have the skills to build it.

DON'T EXPECT TO BE SPOONFED INFORMATION - I will delete threads like THIS. At least attempt a google search or a PBN search before making a thread about something that's so easy to figure out on your own.

google works, stop being lazy.

I have looked at all the Spyder threads on this page and the last few but most of them show what they look like, not how to make it.

I have looked on google. I found some threads on pbn and on pbr. But one thing I still don't know is if you can do it with a Spyder Pilot. All of the other threads on google are all spyder conversions with old crappy Spyders.

Well there are a few ways to do it really, heck I know a way to make an electronic spump if you wanted to. I haven't tried it yet, but I thought it out and it should work... though I dunno if it could be considered a "true" pump, since the pump is simply to load a ball into the breech.

Could you either post it or PM me? I would probably do whichever is cheapest.
