This is a new group for Proto Matrix Rail owners to converse about paintball related topics. That means keep it paintball related or this thread will be closed.

To become a member- You must post pics of the current Proto Matrix Rail that you own. If you really can't get pictures just PM me. You must post at least once every other week unless you otherwise state so. (I.E. Vacations) You must represent PMR Owners Mafia in your signature with a link to spread the word. First 3 people to join will be made council members, 2 more will be instated if the group grows large enough.

We are also in association with Dye Mafia so make sure you join the Dye Mafia (Proto accepted.)

Ok this is my pmr.

It now has a chrome Planet Eclipse on/off and I would get better pics but right now my computer isn't being very cool. So eventually they will be up.

hey matrix mike, you get that with the UL on it or buy the UL after, i wish i had waited one month, cause it was basically a month right on when i head about the UL'd PMR after i bought mine lol oh well still shoots great

have you guys done the Tophat Mod?

I have a dilemma.I did the tophat mod at practice on day and i put the tape 11 wraps up the back wall. Then i aired up my gun and shot it.
First ball- Normal
Second Ball- Normal
Stream- Perfect
I kept the dwell stock and the HPR was 3 1/2 turns out.
the gun still had normal kick and was no quieter.

Im guessing i should add more tape to get better results. Im scared if i put too much tape it will start putting too much pressure on the parts.

Should i just put the more tape on it?or leave it?or take it completely off?

Your dilema is that the tophat mod dosen't work for the pmr, haha.

the people in the dye forum said that it reduces kick, makes it quiter, and if the settings are right more efficient. The first and second time i tried it, it blew an o- ring. Then when i got my gun working and tried it...NOTHING.
