the event is going to be at the new sports field by the community center. the community center is about two and a half football fields to the north of the rodeo arena.

I don't have any clue what the rodeo arena is...
Is that where all the tournaments have been in the past?
Maybe I'm confusing myself thinking that this is for High Performance Paintball.
Is this just an event being held at the community center and not a commercial field?

correct. all the events i've hosted since moving to harrisonville have been at the rodeo arena. before that it was a baseball field and before that at the end of a golf driving range. i'm moving this event to the community center athletic field so we can play on grass. er, so you can play on grass and i can announce "go,go,go" all day.
