Need help oiling my evo

This is probubly a stupid question but is there a difference between oil and lubracant(sp)? And when you do oil it do you put the oil in the hole in the asa?

you can put it in the hole of the asa (they say it helps from preventing freezing)

 has been a member for 10 years
Placing a drop or two in the ASA hole before screwing on the tank will help keep the regulators internals oiled.
It also keeps the cup seal from getting dry and leaking.

You may still want to remove the bolt and hammer to physically lube the necessary O-rings by hand.
