I am on the edge of edmond and I am 20 minutes from UCO and about 30-40 from Shaggys.

Miles mean nothing. It's all about the traffic. If I don't run into traffic and going to nice and speedy why I do, I can cut down the time in half, believe me, I have tried it. But that was at 3 in the morning and during the day is another story.
