UPDATE : 07 gti w/evo frame, eye problems
i have an o7 gti -the new design mechs that are dual detent and (i thought) drilled for eyes. i took off the mech trigger and put on the evo frame. the problem is the evo eye covers. they wont match up to the drilled holes in gti body. i guess i can take the eyes out of the covers, but i want something to cover the wires.....any ideas?

If he doesnt have something laying around that will fit, you can talk to him about the possibility of custom eye covers.

i put on the eforce frame already, it mounted up great and worked well. but since it was drilled for eyes and all that i took the frame off my extra evo. its the frame w/o the removable trigger guard. but since it had i eyes i wanted to utilize them for a project/fun. ill get some picts up when i get the eyes on there. unless you want picts with the eforce grip on it...i can do that too

ive seen something like this done before
go to home depot and buy the smallest peice of pvc you can find
cut it in about half or maybe less
tape that over your eye wires with elecrtical tape
should keep the paint out :]
