BST "SOLD" Button -

Any way of getting a "sold/unavailable" button similar to the bump button installed?

Would be cool, sell an item, click the "sold" button, and it archives it automatically for you.

Would cut down on clutter like woah as opposed to waiting for stuff to drop to the bottom...

Hell considering there are over 2300BST pages (in elec markers alone), it'd cut the clutter...

Which is why you wouldn't click sold unless you are positive the marker is just that, sold.

Or I suppose you could always relist it - It would be an effective way to get rid of an old cluttered thread...

nice idea, but just to add. If the owner of the marker or item being sold could edit the button just in case the buyer does back out.
what I am saying is, if the seller clicks the sold button, but the buyer backs out, he should be able to unclick it....

well they are saying that you shouldn't click it until you have cash. But one more thing, what if the seller is shipping first??

He clicks it once the marker has left his possession...

Just don't click it until the deal has been 100% completed...pretty simple

I really like and support this idea. I hate when I get PM's from all my old B/S/T threads from people asking if i still have items (even though i edit the post to just read 'sold' )

For those of you asking what would happen if it wasn't really sold and the thread starter accidentally hit the sold button, maybe there could be a button next to the sold one that said pending or something.

Great idea. I have had 3 PMs in the last 2 days for something that has been sold for a good two months.

With the new "bump" button, this is pointless, people can post in your thread but it won't bring it to the top, threads that have items sold will die a lot quicker now.

Or you can always edit your post to say SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! or whatever, to get the message across that you don't have your gun for sale any more.
